The CrisPam database (DB) contains data of SNP-derived PAM targetable human pathogenic SNPs. Analysis of 43,673 SNPs (pathogenic and likely-pathogenic SNPs) from dbSNP reveals that 90% of the SNPs contain at least one SNP-derived PAM. SNPs that do not appear in the database are not necessarily incompatible for SNP-derived PAM targeting, they might not be included in the original dataset as well. Please check the “Original_dataset.csv” file to find whether your mutation of interest appears in it or not, in case it is not found in the CrisPam db.
